Software Engineer (Java, Banking Accounts)

Join our US Bank Accounts team as a Software Engineer II. You'll be responsible for building and scaling products that enable businesses to manage and move money within our ecosystem. As an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to shape technical design, architecture, and roadmap decisions. You'll work on complex technical projects, contribute to implementation, and collaborate across teams. • You have experience with Java, Web Services, REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSql, and experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch is a plus
• You enjoy seeing the big picture and understanding how your code impacts the business
• You value involving other people to hear different perspectives
• Added bonus: if you have worked in customer developer experience (e.g. tooling, observability) or payment related teams in the past
• You are familiar with complex large scale distributed systems
• 5+ years of experience in the software development industry
• Full professional proficiency in English
