Director, Global Programs

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as the Director of Global Programs. In this role, you will lead specialized teams that support Solutions Consulting globally, including Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions. You will manage a team of managers and individual leads across multiple disciplines and regions, ensuring consistent, high-quality support to the field. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong program management skills and the ability to operate across time zones and regions.

• Lead and manage a global team of managers and individual contributors across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions.
• Oversee the Proposal Writing function, ensuring RFP and proposal responses are timely, accurate, and consistently reflect Braze's positioning across regions.
• Establish metrics and reporting rhythms to demonstrate program value to executive leadership, and design the org structure and hiring plan needed to support next-stage growth.
