Senior Sales Manager (UK/Ireland)

Join WHOOP, a leading performance optimization company, as a Senior Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading wholesale partnerships, managing and growing retail relationships, and executing commercial strategies. You will work closely with global stakeholders and various internal teams to drive sales and expand the WHOOP membership base in the region.

• Lead wholesale partnerships and expansion for the UK and Ireland, managing all processes related to onboarding, managing, and growing retail partnerships.
• Align with global stakeholders on a multi-year retailer pipeline, conducting in-depth retailer diligence and proactively conducting retailer outreach.
• Manage and optimize existing retailer relationships, hosting quarterly business reviews and owning commercial strategy, retailer level assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and POS.
• Self-starter; not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be an individual contributor Day 1
• Fluent in English (required), with exceptional written and verbal communication. Please reference any additional languages in your application
• 8+ years in sales & market expansion, ideally in a dynamic start-up environment with relevant retail experience
• Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology ideally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Brings a mix of a data driven, operational & commercial mindset to the table
• Curious, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field
• Willingness to travel to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA (up to 50%)
• Excellent business acumen, negotiation and communication skills
• Sales professional with experience collaborating across operations, trade compliance, and marketing
• Passion for fitness, health & technology
