Procurement Associate / Senior Associate - Private Equity Performance Improvement - France

Join Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global consulting firm, as a Procurement Associate/Senior Associate in the Private Equity Performance Improvement team. In this role, you will support pre-deal diligence and savings delivery, manage procurement projects, and engage with senior client stakeholders. A strong background in strategic sourcing and value delivery is required, along with fluency in French and English.

• Overseeing the procurement elements of wider buy and sell side pre-deal diligence, summarizing the procurement opportunity, benefit range and levers.
• Managing the implementation of post-deal savings delivery projects, building sourcing strategies, executing delivery and signing off savings.
• Being a key part of the PEPI procurement team, managing and delivering projects, participating in new business development, developing junior members of the team.
