Sales Operations Analyst Internship (Spring 2027)

As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you'll support our commercial teams by improving sales data, processes, and decision-making. You'll collaborate with various departments and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work carefully with data and details
• Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and a willingness to ask questions, investigate problems, and learn new tools
• You must have completed at least two years of undergraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or a related field. Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree are eligible
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn analysis into a concise recommendation
• HubSpot Admin experience is a plus
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation is helpful but not required
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
• This internship is a full-time position, in-person at our South San Francisco office. We will host our Spring 2027 interns from (January 2027 - April 2027). Zipline is unable to sponsor work visas for applicants to this position
