Senior Accounting Manager (WEBTOON)

• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual financial accounting close and provide financial support to business units.
• Conduct monthly P&L analysis and establish accounting policies, while reviewing financial accounting issues.
• Plan and drive improvements to closing-related processes and systems, including the active use of AI to increase efficiency.

• Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, with a proactive approach to work
• Skilled in internal/external communication and flexible in collaboration
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Proactive in leveraging AI to improve processes and drive efficiency
• 7~12 years of experience in US-GAAP or IFRS accounting and standalone/separate financial closing
• Experience supporting and responding to external audits at a publicly listed company
• Experience in the IT/platform industry
• Accounting certification(s) (CPA)
• Experience preparing for the adoption of new accounting standards and establishing accounting policies
• Experience improving closing-related processes/systems
• Experience applying AI or automation tools to accounting/finance processes
