Senior Implementation Project Manager

Join our team as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, where you will lead enterprise SaaS implementations and guide custom manufacturers through complex digital transformations. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning customer business operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management. Your role will involve leading cross-functional engagements, balancing implementation timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget, and driving platform adoption through engaging end-user training programs. You will also assess project health metrics continuously and identify operational gaps within the deployment lifecycle.

• Capability to master complex software features quickly and translate customer business logic into technical configurations
• Proven ability to build trust and navigate change management with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise software deployments in customer-facing SaaS environments
• Based in Boston, MA (3 days/week on-site) with willingness to travel to customer sites 1–3 times per month
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies or designing enterprise-level training programs
• Prior experience with manufacturing operations, OEMs, supply chain management, or ERP/software integrations
