About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst (Strategic Finance) and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will provide high-quality financial analysis, insights, and decision support to the Strategic Finance team and key business partners. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic planning and analysis, financial planning, forecasting and reporting, business partnering, and process improvement.   • Support the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan through financial modeling, market analysis, and performance assessment.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts by preparing detailed analyses and assumptions in partnership with the Strategic Finance team.
  • Act as a key analytical partner to the Strategic Finance Managers, supporting their day-to-day engagement with Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate is high analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys deep analysis, asking the “why”, and influencing outcomes through well-structured financial insights
  • 3-4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment within the CPG industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Experience working closely with Accounting during month-end close and understanding of financial statements and accrual-based accounting. CPA or MBA considered an asset (completed or in progress)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
