Content Designer (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Join our team as a Content Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for creating engaging and accessible content for our digital experiences, including apps and websites. You will work closely with product teams, provide feedback to key internal customers, and think strategically about how our conversations with customers can evolve. • Familiarity working in a complex landscape – ideally financial services
• Experience using and collaborating in Design platforms, such as Figma
• Experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer
• A collaborative mindset ready to be a part of a busy multi-disciplinary team
• Confidence in writing concise, clear and consistent copy for different channels
• The ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across product, risk, legal and branding teams
