Associate of Structuring (Transaction Banking Solutions)

Join the Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS) as an Associate of Structuring. In this role, you will support the structuring and execution of transactions across the full transaction banking product suite, assist in managing a portfolio of existing clients, and help identify cross-sell opportunities. You will also ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements. • Assister les collègues seniors dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients existants et soutenir la réalisation des objectifs de rentabilité.
• Participer à la structuration et à l'exécution des transactions, y compris l'engagement client, les discussions de crédit, les négociations juridiques et la finalisation.
• Créer des documents de produit (mémos de crédit) et s'engager avec les équipes de crédit pour soutenir l'approbation de nouvelles installations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
• Some experience or exposure to trade and capital products is beneficial, more importantly is a willingness to learn about structuring across receivables financing, supply chain finance, inventory finance, traditional trade, structured trade, asset finance, ECA, and Invoice Finance
• Ability to undertake data analysis and financial modelling, and to interpret financial and non-financial information to identify key issues and put in place appropriate actions, controls and measures
• An effective communicator with ability to communicate sophisticated topics and influence across peer groups or seniors respectively
