Business Recruiter (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Join Monzo, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Business Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to structure and run effective hiring processes, prioritize diversity and inclusiveness, and continuously improve our hiring processes. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of roles and make a significant impact on our hiring efforts as the business scales.
