IT Systems Analyst

Join our team as an IT Systems Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and advancing Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies. You will collaborate closely with various departments, manage multiple priorities, and support operational initiatives and governance efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving processes and collaboration.

• Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate intake, tracking, and documentation of Microsoft 365 integration requests and operational workflows.
• The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, adaptable, and driven to deliver outcomes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and team coordination workflows
• Experience working within enterprise ITSM settings such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and collaborator coordination skills
• Experience developing documentation, reports, presentations, and operational communications
• Experience supporting operational processes, governance workflows, or technical initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to handle several priorities at once
• 3–5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of identity and access governance principles including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access
• Experience providing support for Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations, or tenant modernization initiatives in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, identity governance, and enterprise security guidelines
• Exposure to PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, automation workflows, or reporting solutions
• Experience coordinating integrations, migrations, or operational improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting additional SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or others
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale collaboration environments with a focus on operational improvement and governance
