Sales Ops (internship)

Join our Sales Ops team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in sales operations. You will support the Sales team with various tasks, including lead qualification, order monitoring, CRM maintenance, coordination with logistics teams, and more. This internship is perfect for students studying business, commerce, or management who are looking for immediate and visible impact on the business.

• Support the Sales team in daily operations, including lead qualification and customer order monitoring.
• Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics teams, and follow up on ongoing auctions.

You are currently studying business, commerce, or management at a Bachelor’s or Master’s level (3rd to 5th year). We are looking for a profile like yours!

• Strong interest in sales and customer relations in an e-commerce environnement
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Comfortable in English and French both written and spoken
