Senior Product Manager

Join Doxel as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll be responsible for delivering value to customers quickly. You'll discover user problems and needs, narrow in on solutions with the product design and engineering teams, write user stories and product requirement documents, and communicate the value of what you've built to various stakeholders. Success in this role means executing this cycle with decisive ownership, leading to thrilled users and improved projects and lives.

• Identifying and understanding user problems and needs through direct engagement and feedback.
• Collaborating with product design and engineering teams to develop and refine solutions, and leading the execution of product features.
• Communicating the value of the product to various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customers, and ensuring successful adoption.

• Experience interviewing users and leading customer discovery
• Bonus: Startup experience, especially if you were a founder
• Track record of influencing others with clear verbal communication and driving predictable outcomes with detailed documentation or AI prototyping
• Hunger for using data to inform better decisions, and capablbility to making decisions when data isn’t available
• System-thinking across processes and data that are complex and ambiguous
• Experience building tools for scalable internal ops processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership from concept to post-launch
• Bonus: Experience in construction or experience building products for industries with adjacent challenges such as logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, IoT, or other industries that interact with real or virtual worlds
• 5+ Years product management experience with 2+ years building products for enterprise
• Excellence in deciding when to be scrappy vs. when to build for resilience and scale
