About The Role

Join our team as an Assistant Controller, where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and scaling our accounting infrastructure. You will manage the general ledger, consolidations, accounts payable, payroll, and intercompany cross-charges, ensuring compliance across domestic and international entities. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and leverage emerging technologies to create a best-in-class accounting environment.

  • Manage the general ledger, consolidations, accounts payable, payroll, and intercompany cross-charges, ensuring compliance across domestic and international entities.
  • Design and implement scalable accounting policies, processes, and controls to support rapid growth, and lead month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Partner with the Controller to optimize a modern ERP, procurement, and T&E tools, and systems, with a focus on automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • CPA (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience, with a mix of Big 4 and in-house experience at a high-growth B2C or technology company, and experience with companies of scale
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and revenue recognition software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, as well as managing international taxes and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to improve processes and leverage automation tools (e.g., AI reconciliation, OCR invoice processing, automated close solutions)
  • Experience optimizing the tech stack integrating related tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement systems that support scalable growth
