About The Role

Join Flagright, a leading company in the financial technology sector. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will support our global marketing function by maintaining trackers, coordinating campaigns, organizing marketing documentation, cleaning data, preparing reports, supporting events, and ensuring visibility of owners, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers. This is a hands-on execution role where you will take ownership of clearly scoped work and help the wider Marketing team execute more effectively.

  • Are resourceful and figure things out with the tools available
  • Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
  • Learn quickly because they are genuinely hungry
  • Want to work with direct, no-BS people building something important
  • Take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for a detailed task list
  • Run toward ambiguity instead of waiting for every detail to be defined
  • Have strong opinions, defend them, and change their minds when the evidence changes
  • Able to work independently while escalating genuine risks and decisions early
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Comfortable maintaining trackers, cleaning data, reviewing documentation, and following up repeatedly
  • Willing to complete necessary operational and repetitive work properly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work on-site in the Santa Clara office five days per week
  • Curious about B2B SaaS, financial technology, and go-to-market execution
  • Able to write concise, professional updates under time pressure
  • Able to manage several active tasks and shifting priorities without losing important details
  • Comfortable communicating directly with senior internal stakeholders
  • Existing authorisation to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this internship
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Deep expertise in these areas is not required. What matters more is the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and produce reliable work
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience in marketing, operations, events, content, or project coordination

  • Experience supporting events, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, or social-media workflows
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic creative-production tools
  • Interest in AI, automation, fintech, anti-fraud, AML, compliance, or financial crime prevention
