Marketing Manager (Live Content, Short Term)

Join Roblox as a Live Content Marketing Manager (Contractor) for a 6-month position with potential for a full-time opportunity. In this role, you will develop and execute editorial storytelling across podcasts, livestreams, and social content, ensuring meaningful narratives for creators, developers, parents, and the broader Roblox community. You will collaborate closely with the Creative, Product Marketing, and Communications teams, and report to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.

• Develop and execute editorial storytelling across podcasts, livestreams, and social content to deliver meaningful narratives for the Roblox community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan compelling episodes, shape editorial narratives, and ensure alignment with company priorities.
• Write episode outlines, run-of-show documents, interview questions, and content briefs for live content series, and partner with hosts and creators to shape conversations.

• Strong editorial instincts and ability to develop compelling narratives for video and live formats
• Familiarity with podcast ecosystems, livestream platforms, and short-form video distribution
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and production teams
• 6+ years experience in content marketing, editorial programming, podcasting, livestream content, or digital media
• Experience writing show outlines, interview guides, and run-of-show documents
• Curious about creators, technology, and how communities form around digital platforms
• A storyteller who understands how live conversations turn into cultural moments
• A collaborative partner who can bring clarity and structure to creative production
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where editorial ideas evolve quickly
