Key Account Manager Europe

Join PROVA, a leading player in the flavor industry, as a Key Account Manager for Europe. In this role, you will develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts across the food and beverage industry, build long-term relationships with decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities. You will need a strong hunter mentality, strategic account management capabilities, and a passion for innovation in the flavor industry.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within flavours, food ingredients, extracts, or specialty ingredients.

• Proven experience managing international key accounts.

• Strong knowledge of the European food and beverage industry.

• Experience selling value-added, solution-based ingredients rather than commodity products.

• Demonstrated success in developing new business and closing strategic opportunities.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to navigate complex multinational organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
