• Lead the development and execution of viral marketing strategies for priority artists, ensuring content reaches new audiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with artists, managers, and creator partners, and oversee creator and fan-first tactics.
• Track and amplify early traction on platforms through data-led insights and agile campaign execution, driving innovation across new platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to connect platform innovation to audience growth
• Deep, expert-level knowledge of short-form platforms, audience behaviour, and the creator economy
• You’re chronically online, with a deep understanding of internet culture, platform trends, and the mechanics of viral moments
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for experimentation and staying ahead of trends
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to interpret data, turn insights into action and forecast impact
• Confident leader with excellent relationship-building skills across artists, creators, and internal teams
• Proven track record of driving breakthrough social and creator campaigns that spark organic audience growth

• Experience running a viral TikTok account
• Experience using tech for video and image generation
