KYB Operations Analyst - Romania

Join our team as a KYB Operations Analyst in Romania. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing B2B customer verifications, improving the quality and efficiency of our KYB process, and collaborating with various teams. You should have a background in B2B customer care, KYB/KYC operations, or operational compliance, and be fluent in French and English.

• Monitor and manage KYB files in Sumsub, reviewing documents and supporting customers in case of rejection or blockage.
• Identify recurring issues faced by customers or internal teams, propose actionable solutions to reduce customer friction and enhance KYB journey efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Compliance, Customer Care, and other teams involved in the KYB process, facilitating smooth communication and information sharing.
