About The Role

  1. 使用HPLC完成进行多肽纯化，并优化相关参数
  2. 能够借助相应的分析手段（LCMS，HPLC）鉴别多肽分子的结构，杂质分布及含量等
  3. 能够进行多肽固相合成
  4. 对负责工作范围的技术进行探索和文献检索
  5. 独立完成负责步骤的报告
  6. 分析化学、有机化学、药物化学或相关专业大四在校本科生。
  7. 熟悉word，excel等办公软件。
  8. 优选条件：
  • （1）熟悉HPLC/LC-MS/合成仪/制备分离等技术。
  • （2）熟悉多肽合成原理；
  • （3）有多肽研发和分析知识；
  1. 具备独立工作能力和解决问题的能力、善于沟通，乐于合作，热衷新技术，善于总结分享，喜欢动手实践。
