About The Role

  • 1.制订本机构的工作计划，队伍发展计划；
  • 2.执行上级机构个人业务推动方案；
  • 3.负责队伍的招募、训练工作；
  • 4.负责本机构业务的统计分析，配合上级要求报送各类业务数据；
  • 5.配合合规检查，专项审计检查等工作，承担一道防线风险内控职责；
  • 6.负责柜面管理；
  • 7.完成领导交办的其他事项。
  • 1.本科及以上学历；
  • 2.熟悉保险相关法律法规和监管文件，并能熟练运用；熟悉基本政策和监管机构的相关要求；
  • 3.具有2年以上相关岗位管理经验；
  • 4.具有较强的沟通协调及管理能力。
