French Client Advisor in Sofia

Workster is partnering with a leading global access solutions company to recruit French-speaking Client Advisors for its international operations in Sofia, Bulgaria .

Join a diverse and collaborative team supporting customers across Europe. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, advise customers on products and services, manage inquiries across channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide professional guidance on products, services, and account-related enquiries
• Accurately enter and verify customer information in internal systems
• Handle customer interactions in French and English, both verbally and in writing
• Resolve customer issues using a solution-oriented approach, including de-escalation when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
• Support order processing, returns, and service requests as required
• Document customer interactions precisely and maintain high-quality records

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Previous experience in customer service or client advisory roles is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing challenging customer situations and conflict resolution
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within an international team
