Marine Electro Technical Lecturer (FSHC 250925/19)

The Faculty Member supports the Head of Program in delivering high-quality teaching, training, and academic excellence in line with STCW III/6, STCW III/1 and STCW III/2 requirements. The role includes teaching a variety of marine electro technical and engineering subjects, participating in assessments, constructive feedback processes, delivering maritime training courses, preparing students for Certificate of Competency (CoC) oral and written examinations while ensuring alignment with evolving STCW and regulatory standards, and contributing to research activities. The faculty member is expected to apply innovative and effective pedagogical methods, stay current in their field, and integrate research-informed teaching. Flexibility to travel and occasional work outside standard hours may be required. Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
