Post-Award Research Administrator

Baylor University is seeking a Post-Award Research Administrator serves as a key resource within the Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR), advancing the University’s research mission by providing expert guidance and strategic support to departmental Business Offices responsible for the day-to-day administration of sponsored programs. This position plays a critical role in promoting compliance, consistency, and operational excellence throughout the post-award lifecycle, while fostering collaborative partnerships that strengthen research administration across campus.
