Senior Manager - Transition & Migrations - Global Service Centre

Lead the end-to-end design and transition of work from regions into the GSC, shaping sustainable delivery solutions from target operating model, organization and team structure, capacity and skill requirements, governance and controls through knowledge transfer, readiness, go-live and stabilization. Independently partner with regional and functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and ensure controlled, transparent and successful transitions.
