About The Role

  1. 作为管培生，全程参与新零售代运营全模块轮岗，熟悉全域运营全流程，掌握各项运营实操技能。
  2. 深耕内容营销、电商运营两大核心板块，覆盖内容策划、账号运营、电商店铺管理、活动执行等全环节工作。
  3. 协助完成日常运营工作，配合团队落实营销方案、跟进项目进度，做好数据整理与复盘。
  4. 完成轮岗考核，积累实战经验，后期根据个人能力与专长，定岗深耕核心运营岗位。
  5. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，热爱新零售、电商运营行业。
  6. 学习能力强，做事踏实细心，有良好的执行力与沟通协作能力。
  7. 有新媒体运营、内容创作、电商实操等相关尝试或经验者优先。
