About The Role

  1. EDA工具开发与优化：主导芯片设计自动化工具的算法设计与性能调优，通过代码重构与并行计算策略提升工具运行效率；
  2. 算法设计与实现：设计并实现高效数据处理算法，解决大规模存储和复杂计算场景下的性能瓶颈；
  3. 软件架构与系统集成：规划并迭代软件模块的架构方案，推动模块间接口标准化，保障系统兼容性与稳定性；
  4. 技术文档与迭代支持：编写可复用的技术文档及用户手册，配合版本管理流程，支撑产品快速迭代与发布；
  5. 跨团队协同与需求转化：与芯片设计工程师对接，将工艺或设计需求转化为可实现的软件功能特性，优化用户操作体验。
  6. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，物理、微电子、电子工程、软件工程、计算机相关专业；
  7. 专业技能与资格：具备C/C++高性能编程能力，能独立完成算法模块开发；能使用Python/Tcl编写自动化脚本；
  8. 行业与专业经验：有2年以上软件开发经验，熟悉Linux开发环境，能使用Git等版本控制工具进行代码管理；
  9. 项目/任务成果：具备数据库、数据结构与算法、操作系统原理的实际应用经验，参与过至少一个EDA工具或类似平台的开发项目；
  10. 其他要求：具有逻辑分析能力，能结构化拆解问题并推动方案落地，具备团队协作意识。
