Afternoon Shift Team Leader

As the Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of 3 staff members. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

Key Resposibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of 3 staff members
• Promote and enforce strong Health & Safety practices
• Ensure staff follow company procedures and safe operating methods
• Coordinate workflow and help achieve daily production targets
• Conduct truck loading and machinery operations following training
• Address issues as they arise and support continuous improvement
• Hold professional one-on-one conversations with team members when required
• Foster a positive team culture and support staff development

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not essential, the following would be advantageous

• Forklift licence
• Gantry crane certificate
• Full driver's licence
• Training can be arranged for the right candidate if these qualifications are not already held (this doesn't include Full driver's licence).
