About The Role

  • 1.协助运作支持技术管理部经理制定部门年度工作规划工作
  • 2.协助运作支持技术管理部经理制定本部门年度工作规划
  • 3.负责组织处理客户质量投诉、零配件供应等售后服务工作
  • 4.负责组织分析处理客户投诉、退换货要求、零配件供应要求等，提出处理方案
  • 5.驱动器故障排除，协助客户排查故障原因，确保驱动器正常使用。
  • 6.负责组织协调处理方案的实施
  • 7.建立售后服务档案，并进行总结分析
  • 8.对客户举行各种形式的回访和调查，以获取客户的直接反馈协助进行市场调查
  • 9.完成部门经理交办的其他工作任务
  • 1.技术岗
  • 2.大专，高中及以上
  • 3.电气工程，自动化或机械相关专业
  • 4.无特殊要求（具有1年以上同岗位工作经验者优先考虑）
  • 5.熟悉电路原理，具有一定的电工知识,熟练使用计算机办公和编程软件
  • 6.抗压能力强，沟通协调能力强，适应频繁出差。
