Manager, Commercial Access Excellence

Job Description： Commercial Access Team Excellence & Performance Management Maintain and optimize KA Team and commercial team monthly performance scorecard Collaborate with business stakeholder/SFE/Incentive team to provide quarterly SIP performance result Design, build, and maintain commercial project dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide timely visibility into commercial performance for leadership. Communicate with front-line KAM and commercial manager, resolve appeals, and timely optimize processes and mechanisms based on market situstion. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence - Monitor regional business progress and team performance through systematic tracking procedure; - Translate complex data findings into clear, structured recommendations to support management decision-making. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, standardize data definitions, and continuously improve data quality and analytics capabilities. 3. Optimize operation processes, reporting frameworks, and operational efficiency - Extract actionable insights from daily operation process, timely raise up optimization suggestion and follow up in business management mechanism; 4. Process Optimization, Digital Tools & Reporting Support the deployment and enhancement of digital tools to improve commercial team productivity Job Requirement 1. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, SFE background in MNC is a must. 2. Excellent skill in Office data processing tools, including Excel, PPT, Power BI; 3. 3. Proven experience in commercial performance management, customer excellence initiatives or process improvement projects, with the ability to drive KPI tracking, issue diagnosis and action follow-up. 4.
