About The Role

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with the administration and support of enterprise technology systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking equipment, and business applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues through the IT help desk.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, device setup, software installation, and access management.
  • Contribute to technology projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, process improvements, and implementation of new IT solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and business continuity.
  • Analyze help desk trends and system performance data to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and enhanced IT services.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range 

  • We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in. 
  • Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
