About The Role
- Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English .
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and data security/confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate fully in required training, quizzes, and live certification exams.
- Proactively apply feedback and continuously improve performance.
- Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
- Previous customer service/support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-focused and professional approach.
- 100% attendance and strong punctuality are required.
- Ability to successfully complete all training and certification requirements.
- Quiet and reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection.
- Company-compliant Windows or macOS device:
- Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2 or newer
- macOS Sequoia/Tahoe or newer
- Working webcam and microphone.
- Ability to consistently meet performance targets, including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
- Fully remote opportunity
- Must be able to work any shift as determined by business needs
