Investment & Venture Capital Associate - Remote

Source, evaluate, and manage investments for venture capital/private equity funds by conducting rigorous due diligence, building value-creation plans, and supporting portfolio performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Screen and underwrite target investments efficiently
• Deliver accurate investment theses and valuations
• Execute deals and manage portfolio investment actively
• Monitor KPIs and drive value-creation initiatives
• Report performance and compliance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Relevant experience in VC/PE investing, IB, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation knowledge
• Experience running diligence and investment processes
• Knowledge of term sheets, legal documentation, and governance
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment, venture capital, private equity or related filed.
• Financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables)
• Valuation methods and deal structuring
• Due diligence (financial, legal, commercial)
• Portfolio KPI tracking and reporting
• CRM/deal management tools
• Analytical and critical thinking
