Customer Services Specialist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, expertly managing end-to-end order processing, optimizing international shipping logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. 
• Analyze overseas customer forecasts and inventory levels to develop strategic shipping plans, optimizing data processing to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, professionally resolving inquiries, processing sample requests, and addressing customer concerns with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee production scheduling for customer orders, proactively communicating delivery timelines and managing all associated logistics, including booking, shipping, and invoicing.
• Execute accurate and timely monthly financial settlements for overseas warehouses in strict compliance with corporate financial guidelines.
• Monitor and verify weekly shipping manifests for overseas facilities, utilizing data to forecast future sales volumes and inventory requirements.
• Maintain prompt and professional email correspondence, ensuring all internal and external communications are addressed within established service level agreements.
• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by coordinating and tracking morning/evening meetings with teams in China, Europe, and the Americas, providing actionable feedback and updates.
• Perform additional strategic and operational duties as assigned by department leadership to support business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, International Business or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth analytical research and deliver professional executive reports.
