About The Role
Role: IT Specialist
Responsibilities
- 1st through to 3rd line IT, networking and infrastructure support and development
- Develop innovative IT infrastructure solutions affecting global teams
- Manage IT resources such as IP PABX, Linux web servers, application servers, printers, etc.
- Develop and implement IT best practices across global company structure
- Develop and maintain cloud services for database storage, email and Microsoft Office 365.
- Monitoring and performing server maintenance
- Implement and enhance IT security system, firewall, antivirus and remote access
- Implement backup plans and backup server switch
- Networking skills: AD, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Hyper-V, VLAN, IP PABX, Servers, POE Switches.
