Cut & Edge Assistant_HOTA

Major Responsibilities

• Lens check and confirmation with cut & edge order filled by customers.
• Lens cleaning and pre-work(dotting/measuring/others).
• Machine and equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Daily report recording and internal system process.
• Cut & edge information response and communication with other function teams (CS/SCM/QA).
• 5S and environment maintain.

Qualifications

• Education: college degree, preferably in optometry/mechanical/engineering related.
• Experience: 1+ years’ experience in optometry/cut & edge related.
• Knowledge and Hard Skills:
• Good communication, interpersonal, and execution ability.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge and flexibility with solid execution, meticulous, demonstrated ability to drive results.

• Familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
