Senior Project Manager in Architecture and Network Solutions | AUMOVIO Korea

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager in Architecture and Network Solutions  to join our team in Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

• Define and ensure project objectives, and establish adequate project organization
• Setup project plan, track the project progress, and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan
• Control project budget and resources
• Decide, report the overall project status (financial and quality KPIs), and escalate issues if necessary
• Represent project in customer (internal/external) meetings
• Negotiate changes and claims with the customer
• Lead the team members functionally, and assign work packages to the respective project team members
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations
• Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (10+ years) in Automotive
• Technical project leader or discipline project leader of minimum 1 completed project
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and client relations
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
