What you’ll do

In this role, you'll lead high-impact mortgage projects from concept through implementation while helping teams work more efficiently and deliver an outstanding experience for members. You'll collaborate closely with mortgage leaders, business partners, vendors, and technology teams to turn strategy into results.

Day to day, you'll

  • Lead multiple mortgage-related projects and initiatives simultaneously, aligning scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Partner with business units, senior leadership, and IT teams to improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support training and process consistency that drive quality mortgage referrals and exceptional member experiences.

What you bring

We're looking for a strategic, mortgage-focused professional who combines project leadership experience with strong business insight. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve processes while maintaining a strong focus on member service.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of senior-level mortgage experience supporting wholesale mortgage channels.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lead complex projects from planning through implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of mortgage products, loan programs, and agency guidelines including FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, and VA.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and project tracking tools.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.
  • You should also be comfortable adapting to changing priorities, managing multiple initiatives at once, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
