## Description

We are on the lookout for a **Product Manager** to join our **Product Department.**

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Growth management experience
Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to launch.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

## Requirements

3+ years of experience in Product Management.
Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
Understanding of regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
English - B2 or higher.
