### Key Responsibilities

• Conduct **title research** for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership.
• Review, analyze, and interpret **deeds, leases, contracts, and legal documents**.
• Support **negotiations and acquisitions** related to mineral rights.
• Prepare and maintain **detailed reports and documentation** of findings.
• Work closely with the US-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals.
• Ensure all work is delivered with **precision, confidentiality, and legal compliance**.

### Key Requirements

• **Licensed attorney** with **4+ years of legal practice experience** (property law, corporate law, contracts, or related fields preferred).
