Industrial Distribution Internship - Summer 2027

Join the Century A/C Supply team for a paid 12-week summer internship. Our summer internship program will help shape your supply chain management future. You will gain hands on experience and do meaningful work in a rewarding, supportive environment. In this program you will be exposed to operations, inventory, communications, sales, and ERP Systems all in a warehouse setting. At the end of your internship, you’ll present a company project to our leadership and managers.

What you will learn

Warehouse Operations

• Forklift certification
• Shipping and receiving
• Order pulling, product stocking
• Inventory management, bin adjustments, cycle counts

Sales

• Exposure to Counter Sales
• Opportunity to do a ride along with outside sales

ERP System

• Gain knowledge of a premier distribution software program

J ob Requirements

• Must be able to work the full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week
• May be required to work on rotating Saturdays
• Must provide own housing and transportation

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs. without machinery assistance.
• Ability to work in a unconditioned warehouse environment
• Continuous walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, carrying

Educational Requirements and/or Experience Required

• Must be enrolled in a Supply Chain Management Program or Industrial Distribution
• No prior warehouse experience necessary
