Production Machine Operator (Night Shift)

• 🕒 Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm–5:30am
• 💰 Salary starting at 34$/H (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn . If you have grit, take pride in your work, and like solving problems, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
• Complete machine setups and preventative maintenance
• Use tools and measuring equipment to maintain quality
• Complete production and maintenance reports
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate issues and priorities with your team

• Training will be provided on either the day or night shift, so flexibility during training is required.
• We’ll teach you our equipment. We’re looking for the attitude, work ethic, and mechanical mindset to learn it.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience  in manufacturing or automated production 
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)

⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
