China Product Coordinator

Reports to: China Product Manager

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior Product Coordinator to support the daily operations of our China Lab. This is a hands-on role focused on supplier coordination, procurement follow-ups, and basic product administration. You will be the key local link to ensure smooth product workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier sourcing and onboarding support
• Collect and organize supplier audit documents and compliance records
• Manage daily supplier communication
• Track product samples and ensure timely delivery and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and retock lead times
• Handle frequent reordering (approx. 4x/month) and follow up on payments
• Track product logistics and ensure shipment visibility
• Provide basic product development support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in product operations, procurement, supply chain, or assistant roles
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic ERP/tracking tools is a plus
