This role focuses on building and evolving robust backend solutions for high-scale digital products and e-commerce <operations.You> will contribute to applications where performance, reliability, security, and simplicity are essential.The position involves developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving backend <services.You> will work with integrations, real-time systems, data platforms, and modern development practices.The role also offers strong collaboration with other engineers through code reviews and technical <decision-making.You> will help strengthen engineering standards through documentation, automation, observability, and secure delivery practices.This is an opportunity to contribute to technology that supports complex order management, e-commerce, logistics, and integration environments.

Accountabilities

• Develop high-quality backend solutions with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, programming best practices, simplicity, and user experience.
• Optimize application performance to ensure fast response times and efficient, reliable digital experiences.
• Design, implement, unit test, deploy, and monitor backend solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Document architectures, integration patterns, technical decisions, and best practices to support long-term system maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Implement secure and reliable integrations using CI/CD practices and GitHub, supporting continuous and controlled delivery.
• Assess integration risks and define mitigation strategies to strengthen the security, availability, and reliability of connected systems.
• Participate actively in code reviews and support peers in technical discussions and decision-making.
• Maintain and support real-time systems, ensuring operational stability and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing backend applications with PHP 7+ and frameworks such as Laravel, Lumen, Swoole, or Hyperf.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and appropriate data storage approaches.
• Experience using Docker as part of a modern development environment.
• Solid understanding of code quality principles, design patterns, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Practical experience with Git for source code version control and collaborative development.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda and related services such as SQS, SNS, and S3.
• Understanding of common application security risks and OWASP practices.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Opsgenie, Datadog, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Apache NiFi is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with order management systems, e-commerce, logistics, or order integration environments is a strong differentiator.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to code reviews and technical decisions.
