This internship is ideal for graduates or final-year students who want practical experience in core HRBP, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and validate employee master data across the employee <lifecycle.Support> onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.Track employee attendance, leave, and regional HR records.Assist in preparing HR dashboards for attrition, attendance, and escalations.Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, and communication <initiatives.Support> grievance handling by ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.Partner with regional HRBPs to provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders.Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.What We're Looking ForGraduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Comfortable working with data, trackers, and presentations.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.What You'll GainEnd-to-end exposure to the HR Business Partner function.Hands-on experience with HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, and HR analytics.Opportunity to work directly with regional business leaders and HR professionals.A collaborative, high-growth fintech environment with mentorship and learning opportunities.
