About The Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Engagement Associate based in Canada.
This is a fully remote, customer-focused opportunity supporting healthcare engagement programs across Western <Canada.You>’ll connect with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through professional outbound communications.The role combines relationship building, customer service, accurate documentation, and achievement of defined program <objectives.You>’ll serve as an important point of contact, delivering approved information while responding thoughtfully to questions and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.Success will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, manage outreach priorities, and consistently meet quality and performance <targets.You>’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders in a structured and supportive environment.This four-month contract is well suited to an energetic, organized professional who enjoys meaningful healthcare-focused interactions and working independently in a remote setting.
Accountabilities
- Engage healthcare professionals and healthcare facility stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related information.
- Build positive professional relationships through knowledgeable, courteous, and customer-focused interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed established program KPIs, productivity targets, quality standards, and performance objectives.
- Accurately record daily call activity, customer interactions, and required information in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer questions and requests promptly, professionally, and in accordance with approved program guidelines.
- Plan and prioritize assigned target lists to ensure effective and timely outreach coverage.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Participate actively in team meetings, departmental meetings, training programs, and client-sponsored educational activities.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, compliance requirements, and program guidelines in all customer interactions.
- Represent the organization’s professional values through reliable, ethical, customer-centric, and accountable behavior.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and other stakeholders confidently.
- College or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, customer service, sales support, healthcare communications, contact center operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer- and patient-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, managers, clients, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize outreach activities and manage assigned target lists effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and accountable approach with the ability to balance individual ownership and teamwork.
- Comfortable working toward measurable KPIs and performance objectives while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Technologically confident and proficient with Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools.
- Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain reliable CRM records.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required when interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
