This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Projetos SAP S/4Hana SR - Inglês Avançado based in Brazil.

This is a senior project management opportunity focused on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation <initiatives.You> will lead implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective technology solutions.The role requires strong command of SAP Activate, project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional <leadership.You> will coordinate consultants, technology teams, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Success in this position means delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical <requirements.You> will also oversee system integrations, user training, risk management, and post-implementation support.The position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic SAP transformation projects in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects from initiation through completion.
• Apply the SAP Activate methodology to structure project execution, governance, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Define project schedules, objectives, resources, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Ensure business requirements are comprehensively identified, documented, mapped, and addressed within the SAP S/4HANA solution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, IT professionals, developers, and business-area representatives.
• Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle, developing appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Coordinate end-user training activities and ensure appropriate post-implementation support.
• Manage multiple priorities and project activities while maintaining delivery quality and adherence to strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and/or Tax Reform projects.
• Experience delivering at least two S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience applying the SAP Activate methodology in large-scale projects; SAP Activate certification is a plus.
• Strong background in SAP project management and S/4HANA conversion initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines and delivery targets.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the services sector.
• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly translate and communicate technical and business requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team-management, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• SAP Activate, PMP, or an equivalent project management certification is desirable.
