This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SDR Team Lead based in Brazil.

Lead a part-time Sales Development Representative team in a fast-moving, remote-first environment serving international clients. You’ll be responsible for keeping the team focused on appointment-setting goals while improving outreach quality, conversion, and daily execution. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with coaching, performance monitoring, and team development. You’ll work closely with sales representatives using modern prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential as you guide the team and report progress to senior leadership. Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage a part-time SDR team working approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Keep SDRs aligned with monthly appointment-setting targets and monitor progress toward team goals.
  • Track daily activity, outreach performance, call quality, and effective use of sales tools.
  • Coach SDRs on prospecting, cold calling, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze team performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and sales results.
  • Report team progress, challenges, and performance insights directly to senior leadership.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and ramp-up of new SDR team members.
  • Help establish consistent sales workflows and best practices as the team develops.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a flexible, fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing or leading an SDR, sales development, or similar sales team.
  • Strong practical understanding of SDR workflows, including prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable sales prospecting and engagement platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and maintaining team accountability.
  • Willingness to begin with a part-time, trial-based engagement.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment where priorities can evolve and team members may need to wear multiple hats.
  • Experience managing teams in IT, MSP, technology, or B2B tech sales environments is a plus.
  • Experience helping scale an SDR team from part-time to full-time is also advantageous.
