About The Role

Accountabilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about secure storage, information management, and logistics services.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for North American clients, delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, and complex inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Diagnose customer issues, determine appropriate solutions, and follow through to ensure effective resolution.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend personalized service adjustments or solutions where appropriate.
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions within CRM systems to maintain complete and current client records.
- Manage competing requests effectively while maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote customer service environment focused on reliable client experiences.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or a call center/contact center environment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex customer issues and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to provide empathetic and professional customer support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- A customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented approach to handling inquiries and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work within an 8:00 AM–8:00 PM scheduling window.
Benefits
- $22.00/hour hourly rate.
- Reasonably expected salary range of $39,800–$49,700 per year.
